Your items are carefully wrapped in our pretty tissue paper that's home compostable and recyclable. We also use chemical-free, sustainably sourced wood-wool or shredded scrap paper to line the inside of the box to ensure your items remain intact in transit.

If there are items that are particularly fragile, we will protect them with hexcel brown paper wrap. Even though we reuse packaging materials like hexcel wrap and wood-wool, the boxes look stunning inside-out and they'll make for an unforgettable unboxing experience.

That's perfectly fine. Just use our BUILD A BOX option and checkout without adding gift-wrapping. We'll carefully pack your items in a plain upcycled or recycled mailing box and ship them to you.

We deliver Australia-wide using a combination of couriers and Australia Post.

If you order via our website, we will process it within two (2) business days of the order being made and payment being received from us in cleared funds. Orders placed online on a public holiday or weekend, will be packed and ready for collection by our shipping partners the next business day.

Delivery time for standard shipping is within 5 days to Metropolitan areas and 6 days to rural/semi-rural locations. Express Shipping remains the quickest delivery option and is usually within 3 days of us notifying you that your order has been shipped.

Although every effort is taken to ensure your packages are delivered within these timeframes, some delivery times may vary during peak periods, holidays, and inclement weather conditions.

If your order is urgent and the delivery address falls with Metropolitan Sydney, please contact us to see if we can help.

If you've provided an incorrect delivery address, please email me ASAP at sanchia@onekindbox.com.au. If the hamper is already dispatched, we won't be able to alter the address. If the package is returned to One Kind Box because of an incorrect delivery address, we can re-pack it with the correct address and re-ship the package for you. This will incur a new shipping charge.

Due to longer delivery times for international shipments and the perishable nature of our products, we don't ship overseas.
