Entitlements To Refunds or An Exchange
If an item has a major problem or is significantly different to what you asked for, you may be entitled to a refund or an exchange. You may ask for a refund or exchange by emailing us with your full name and address, the original order number, and the reason for claiming a refund or exchange.
We thoroughly inspect all products before dispatch and do our best to ensure the recipient receives all items in excellent condition. However, we have no control over how items are handled in transit.
If you receive an item that’s damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it. We will require photos of the damaged items so that we can better understand the extent of the damage or issues with the product.
When Are You Not Entitled To A Refund or Exchange?
You are not entitled to receive a refund or exchange if you got what you asked for but changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. You must therefore choose products carefully.
Concerning Returned Items
If you wish to return an item to us, we recommend that you notify us regarding your request for a refund or exchange as soon as possible after becoming aware of the issue. You agree and understand that delayed claims for refunds or exchanges may lead to your request for an exchange or refunds being rejected.
We reserve the right to assess the condition of a returned item prior to offering a refund or exchange. This may result in a refund or exchange being refused by us.
If we confirm that the returned items are faulty or have a major problem, and we are satisfied that they are returned in accordance with this Refunds and Returns Policy, you may be entitled to a refund equal to the cost of the item only. You may be entitled to an exchange for an identical item, or one of a similar value.
Please note that, due to possible breakage during freight, we cannot send individual replacement items like wine bottles that are of a more fragile nature. In such circumstances, we will offer a refund as compensation.
How To Return Items
If you received the items in our gift boxes, put them back in the box and post the package to us. If not, package the item/s in a shipping bag or box that will prevent damage in transit. We recommend similar packaging to what you originally received the item/s in.
One Kind Box takes no responsibility for items that are returned but become lost or not delivered to us. If you are concerned about loss or damage in transit, you must consider adding tracking or insurance. However, this is at your sole discretion, and we make no representations or warranties in relation to the security of returned item/s.

Return Delivery Costs
We recommend you return the item to us via Registered Post so that the delivery can be tracked. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs, until such time that we have confirmed that there is a fault with a product or that we have made a shipping error.
Processing Your Refunds or Exchanges
If, after assessing the condition of the returned item/s, we approve your request for a refund, we will send you an email confirming that your refund will be issued. It generally takes five (5) to seven (7) days from of our receipt of returned items, to process a refund.
All refunds will be issued via the same payment method used to purchase the items. There may be delays in the provision of the refund that may be caused by the issuing bank. Please contact us if you have not received your refund within five (5) days of receiving a notification from us stating that a refund has been issued.
